We are here for you and your pets. Due to the crucial role we play in the health and
continuity of care for your pets, veterinary medicine has been deemed an essential
business by authorities and we will continue to operate during these stressful times.
However, we are making changes to help ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients.
Please read below.
We are open for all services by appointment only. Please call ahead to schedule.
Please call when you arrive to check in and wait in your vehicle. We will call you when we are ready for you to bring your pet into the clinic. One client per appointment will be allowed into the inside. We do still require masks to enter the building.
Surgery, Grooming and Boarding drop offs please call when you arrive and we will check you in over the phone
At this time we are not accepting any personal belongings with pets (except medications and food, please make sure to sanitize containers before coming in)
All medication and food refills will still need to call ahead and pay over the phone.
Please call when you arrive for pick up .
We will meet you at the front door with your product

Please bring your cell phone with you to your appointment and call when you arrive.

HOW AM I PAYING?
For the safety of our staff and clients we are trying to limit contact when possible, by doing this we are trying to take all payments over the phone.
IS MY PET ON A LEASH OR IN A CARRIER?
For the safety of your pet(s) please bring them on a leash or in a carrier. It makes the transition from owner to technician much easier and safer.
AM I PREPARED FOR LONGER WAIT TIMES?
Please be prepared for longer wait times during your visit, as all of our protocol has changed and we are taking extra sanitation precautions. Please make sure your phone is available as this makes it easier to communicate with you.
IS ANYONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD ILL OR HAVE I BEEN EXPOSED TO ANYONE?
If you or anyone you have been exposed to are showing signs of Covid-19 please let our staff know. We may require you to have someone else bring in/pickup your pet..
